Step TWO: Nominate A Friend.


There is a popular saying “if you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far go together”.


If you are serious about change and completing this challenge I highly recommend that you find yourself an accountability buddy and start the challenge together.


Having someone other than yourself that you can rely on helps with motivation (which you will need) but also provide you with some friendly competition (I did this with my partner). 

Who should you nominate?

It could be your partner, a relative, a friend, a friend of a friend, a work colleague, your neighbor, a teammate etc.
