There's only 4 months left of 2023.
If you don't start putting in the work now, when will you?
Let's cut through the BS and get real. Weight loss/fat loss is no joke, but it's also NOT some unattainable dream. I'm here to give you a solid roadmap – no sugar-coating, no excuses. If you're ready to take charge and transform your life, here are the five steps you need to follow.
ONE: Set a clear Definitive Goal.
Listen up. Wishful thinking won't melt those kilos away. You want results? Set clear, specific goals. Instead of saying "I want to lose weight." Say, "I'm going to lose 10 kilos in the next 12 weeks." You see the difference? Make a pact with yourself and hold yourself accountable.

TWO: Eat REAL FOOD:
Minimize/eliminate the junk food. Embrace a diet rich in whole foods i.e., veggies, lean proteins, and fruits are your new best friends. The more whole foods you consume the better you will look and feel.

THREE: Get off your ass!
Yes, if you’re sitting down whilst reading this it’s time to get moving. Aim to do some form of physical activity EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Go for a walk, take hike, attend a class, ride a bike, go for a swim, etc., the couch will still be there when you get back.
If you are really serious about change then I recommend you implement a weekly strength training program. I have three programs available to suit all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) on my website: https://www.michaelmarabong.com/category/all-products
Need help? Simply take the quiz and start a 12-week strength training program.

Yes, that's me. I currently strength train 4x a week and walk 10,000 steps a day (I practice what I preach).
FOUR: Hydrate yourself.
Ditch the sugary drinks; they're drowning your progress. You want a quicker metabolism? You want your skin to glow? Gulp that water like it's your job.
Want to know how much water you should be drinking?
Here’s a simple formula:
Bodyweight in Kilos x 0.033 This is the minimum amount of water you should be drinking (you will need an extra litre or more on training days).

FIVE: Be consistent.
Setbacks are part of the journey. You'll hit walls, plateaus, and days when you just want to give up, but when those days come, remember why you started (YOUR GOALS). Those who succeed aren't the ones who never falter; they're the ones who get back up, dust off, and keep at it.

Conclusion.
You're here because you're serious about change. Follow these five steps and watch yourself transform. You'll drop the excuses and pick up the results. Remember, this isn't a stroll in the park; it's a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself. So, what's it going to be? Sit around waiting for miracles, or get your hands dirty and make them happen?
The choice is yours. Get after it.
